1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by **VahanGPS Inc.** via **vahangps.com** or our mobile application (**VahanGPS** / package name `com.onestep.tracker`), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our systems.

CRITICAL USAGE REQUIREMENT:
You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle(s) being tracked, or that you have obtained the explicit written consent of the driver/owner prior to installing the hardware GPS tracking unit.
You agree **not to use** the VahanGPS application for illegal surveillance, stalking, tracking individuals without authorization, or violating anyone's privacy rights. Unauthorized tracking of another individual's vehicle may constitute a criminal offense under local legislation. VahanGPS Inc. reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately and cooperate with police authorities if surveillance violations are flagged.
4. GPS Service Limitations
VahanGPS relies on global satellite networks, mobile cellular links, internet nodes, and compatible hardware GPS trackers. You acknowledge and accept that:
- Telemetry updates can fail or experience delay due to atmospheric conditions, satellite blocks, tunnel passages, or underground basement parking.
- We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of geofence boundaries or real-time speed measurements, as these depend on third-party map APIs and external hardware calibrations.
- VahanGPS is not a replacement for vehicle safety features, alarms, or lock mechanisms. We are not liable for vehicle theft, collision, or property damage.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
Access to persistent vehicle history and advanced alerts requires a paid subscription plan.
- Billing cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly recurring basis. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. VAHANGPS INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
